About Chef Christian Routier
After graduating from Auch Culiany School in France, Head Chef Christian Routier
lead many teams in prestigious restaurants including Toulouse. Chef Routier was
in charge of many on-site catering events that served the elite of France.
In 2001, Chef Routier moved to Florida. In that same year, Christian continued his
culinary career as Head Chef of Le Bouchon in Belleaire Bluffs. Christian shares
his true French taste in all his delicious recipes from the classic tastes to
modern interpretations of French cooking traditions.
